Return Policy
Once a purchase is completed on our website, it is a final sale, it is not cancelled. If you wish to exchange the item, the following rules apply:
* We are a virtual store. The customer will have five days to return/send the piece via mail, starting from the first day the customer receives the merchandise.
*It must be returned in perfect condition, without having used it, without the smell of perfumes, aerosols or strong odors, such as food, without makeup marks or stains and with the price tag intact. * By making the purchase you agree that Credit will only be given on merchandise, we DO NOT make money refunds.
* In case of requesting the change of part, the client will not be able to retain the item that is no longer of interest. You must deliver it via mail for the credit to apply and you are responsible for shipping costs.
* It is important to take into consideration that our pieces are exclusive, we bring two items for each model to guarantee exclusivity. Therefore, it may be that when requesting the change of the part, you have to choose a different item of the same price as the one originally purchased.
* You have one year to redeem the granted credit.
* Every item we ship is carefully inspected so it leaves the store in pristine condition. * The change to merchandise that has a discount will not be accepted.
*The baptism pieces (white color) will not have change.
* The cost of shipping is not refundable. The shipping cost of the returned parts is the responsibility of the customer, as well as the parts to be received.
*Hair accessories will not have change. I don't trade in bows, headbands, or crowns. * No change in stockings (socks)
